We won’t be back and I certainly can’t recommend this aquarium. This place has HORRIBLE customer service! All in all, I paid $135 for an hour at the Mississippi Aquarium that included a 15 minute penguin encounter and some headless photos. She also cut the heads off of another family’s photos that were in our group, as well. I paid the additional $25 for the terrible “professional “ photos with the top of our heads cut off. So I was unable to get a good photo with my camera. I got up and stood by the “professional” photographer to try to get a good picture of him and was told by a very rude employee that I had to sit down and couldn’t stand by the photographer to take a picture. I was seated by the side of the table where the penguin was standing so I was unable to get a good photo of my son with the penguin. He’s only 5’8! She cut my head off in several, too and I’m 5’7. However, the “professional” photographer cut off the top of my son’s head in all of the photos except for one. We thought the penguin encounter was great fun. I paid the additional $25 for both my son and I to have the 15 minute penguin encounter. I feel for the $29.95 price for those ages 13 and older, they should have more to see.
